Alinabal is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker in Milford, Connecticut. The role focuses on designing, fabricating, repairing, and maintaining tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other precision equipment used in manufacturing.

You will work with engineering and production teams to optimize tool performance and support continuous improvement. The position requires experience with tools, dies, and CNC equipment, along with strong attention to detail and safety adherence on a manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of machining tools and equipment, including CNC machines.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, and repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures as per production requirements and engineering specifications.
• Operate machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC equipment to fabricate precision tools.
• Inspect and test tools and dies to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair tools, dies, and other manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve tooling issues and improve production efficiency.
