Job summary

Alinabal, a Milford, CT area manufacturer, is seeking a Tool and Die Maker to design, fabricate, repair, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other precision equipment used in the production process. The role supports continuous improvement and works with engineering and production teams on tooling optimization.

The candidate will read blueprints, operate CNC machines, inspect tooling against specs, and document maintenance activities while following safety protocols and PPE

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machines and machining tools.
• Detail-oriented with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, and repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures per specs.
• Operate lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC equipment.
• Inspect tools and dies for quality and safety.
• Maintain records of tool specifications and maintenance.
