Job summary

MiTek is seeking a Progressive Die Technician to support our stamping operations in Tolleson, AZ. You will perform die setup, changeovers and tooling maintenance to keep dies production-ready and aligned with schedules.

Responsibilities include diagnosing forming and progression issues, performing preventative maintenance, training others, and coordinating with planners and management to ensure smooth runs. A High School diploma or GED is required; forklift experience is preferred.

• Quality: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work to ensure quality.
• Dependability: Take responsibility for own actions; willing to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Change various components inside the die and remove/install die sections.
• Perform tooling changes according to schedules and complete die set-up check sheets.
• Troubleshoot forming, punch and progression issues and verify die per customer specs.
