Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up dies and perform changeovers to keep production ready.
• Maintain tooling and perform preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot forming and progression issues.
• Train others as needed and support die setters.
• Ensure dies are production-ready and meet customer specs.
• Document die setups and develop process sheets.
• Coordinate with planners to run dies as scheduled.
• Practice safety and maintain clean, organized work area.
