Job summary

The ideal candidate will have an RN license, 1 year of nursing experience, and be prepared for ongoing professional development including potential ACLS/BLS enhancements.

Qualifications

• RN license required in state of practice.
• 1 year RN experience required; 6 months in acute care preferred.
• ACLS/BLS certification preferred at hire; must obtain ACLS within 6 months if required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment and develop plans of care.
• Administer medications safely following policies and procedures.
• Coordinate care across hospital departments and ensure patient safety and quality improvement.
