Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Progressive Care (Stepdown) Registered Nurse (RN) at Springfield Regional Medical Center. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality nursing care, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and positive outcomes.

Requirements include an RN license, at least 1 year of RN experience, and BSN preferred. BLS/ACLS are required or preferred with a plan to obtain ACLS within 6 months.

Formación

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS or ACLS preferred at hire; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to deliver patient care.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments; develop and evaluate care plans.
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination across hospital departments.
• Act as patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement.
• Administer medications safely per state practice and organizational policies.
