Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a New Grad Registered Nurse for Progressive Care (Step Down) at St. Charles Hospital. You will assess patient status, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate care between Med-Surg and ICU to support safe and effective outcomes.

BN BSN preferred, active RN licensure required with BLS/ACLS as applicable. This role emphasizes teamwork, medication administration, and ongoing professional development within a faith-based health system.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and develop care plans to improve outcomes.
• Serve as the care coordination contact between Med-Surg and ICU.
• Administer medications safely under policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement in the department.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (preferred, not required)
