Bon Secours Health System – Southside Medical Center in Petersburg seeks a Progressive Care (Step down) RN to deliver high-quality nursing care and coordinate multidisciplinary care. You will assess patient status, develop care plans, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for patients transitioning between Med‑Surg and ICU.

The role requires 1 year of RN experience, with 6 months in acute care preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience (required).
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital (preferred).
• BSN preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Assess patient status and develop a care plan.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments.
• Administer medications safely and participate in quality improvement.
