Job summary

Bon Secours is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care (Step down) unit at Southside Medical Center. The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care, assess patient status, and coordinate care between Med-Surg and ICU, ensuring safe, therapeutic environments.

Qualifications

• ACLS/ BLS certifications preferred or required within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and develop care plans

• Serve as patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
