Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Progressive Care RN for All Saints - Ft Worth, TX. This full-time day-shift role focuses on comprehensive nursing care, patient assessment, and care planning in a high‑quality hospital setting.

The RN will perform detailed clinical assessments, create care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes. A Texas RN license and BLS are required, with PCU/Telemetry experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• RN license required.
• Accredited nursing program completion required.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of start.
• At least 1 year of PCU or Telemetry experience preferred.

• Create, implement, and evaluate care plans; adjust as needed to reach outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and staff to empower informed healthcare decisions.

• Contribute to peers' development and participate in community-facing care planning.
