Job summary

Advocate Health's 2 Palmetto Progressive Care Unit at Pineville is seeking a registered nurse for 36 hours per week with 3 night shifts, weekend and holiday rotations. The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and BLS certification.

You will provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safety and quality, with a focus on clinical excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new grads
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care via the nursing process, ensuring safety and adherence to standards
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical judgment to create a safe patient environment and high-quality care
