Job summary

Mercy Health in Ohio is seeking a Progressive Care (Step down) Registered Nurse (RN) at St. Rita's Medical Center to deliver exceptional patient care.

The RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, and advocate for patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor\'s in Nursing (BSN) preferred, current RN licensure, BLS or ACLS certification, and at least 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred, not required.
• Current RN licensure in the state where practicing.
• 1 year of RN experience required, preferably in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and update care plans accordingly.
• Serve as patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement.
• Administer medications following policies and procedures.
