Job summary

Mercy in Bella Vista, AR is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, patient-centered care in the PCU for adults 18+. You will perform ongoing assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

This role requires ACLS and basic dysrhythmia interpretation, with NIHSS/ASLS and other certifications welcomed and supported within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Experience as a nurse; seeking experienced nurses.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; other unit certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Mercy’s mission and Service Standards.
