Mercy in Siloam Springs, AR is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The RN will deliver safe, patient-centered care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with Mercy’s mission and standards.

Ideal candidates will have an RN license, be able to manage the broader scope of PCU patients, and complete unit-specific certifications as required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, effective, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality; adhere to Mercy’s mission and standards.
• Assess and reassess PCU patients every 2–4 hours and respond to changing needs.
