Mayo Clinic Arizona seeks a highly qualified RN to join the Progressive Care Unit. The role involves coordinating nursing care, direct patient care, and patient/family education in a high-acuity, 24-bed environment with magnet status.

As part of a team, you will lead patient care planning, participate in quality improvement, and mentor colleagues while upholding professional practice standards. Nights 12-hour shifts on a Magnet facility campus offer growth and stability.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited associate or diploma nursing program; BSN/MSN within five years.
• Current RN license by state; BLS; ACLS required by hire date.
• Progressive or Intermediate Care experience preferred.
• One year RN experience within the last five years preferred.
• Computer skills and EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care including direct patient care and education.
• Support professional nursing practice across settings and transitions of care.
• Lead within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and participate in committees or projects.
• Mentor, teach, and delegate based on skill level, acuity, and resources.
