Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital in Montana seeks a Progressive Care registered nurse to provide care to hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patients on the medical/surgical unit. Qualifications

  • Degree from a Nursing Program.
  • Montana RN Licensure.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • Practice in an advanced Medical/Surgical Unit and recent Critical Care or Progressive Care Nursing is required.
  • Ability to operate advanced medical equipment and interpret basic telemetry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care to hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patients on medical/surgical unit.
  • Provide physical, emotional, spiritual and cultural support to patients.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery and outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and precepting for staff as a clinical leader.
  • Coordinate admission to discharge care, including discharge planning.
