Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an RN for the Progressive Care Unit in Loveland, CO. The role is full-time on the night shift, onsite only, serving in a technically advanced PCU with AACN-aligned orientation and supportive clinical educators.

The position requires an RN license in Colorado, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 6 months of RN experience. Competitive pay ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, depending on experience, with comprehensive UCHealth benefits.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state (Colorado)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 6 months RN experience
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross and valid through 60 days after start

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in the Progressive Care Unit
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes
• Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice
• Precept and mentor new staff or learners in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care
