Job summary

UCHealth’s Progressive Care Unit in Fort Collins, CO is hiring an experienced RN for a full-time, on-site Night shift. This role covers the Progressive Care Unit with a 72-hour biweekly schedule and a pay range based on experience.

You will deliver direct patient care using the nursing process, participate in a multidisciplinary team, and support evidence-based practice. We value precepting new staff and ensuring safety and high-quality care at the point of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current state licensure as RN in Colorado.
• 6 months RN experience.
• BLS/CPR certification with card in-hand before start date and valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in PCU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness and evidence-based practice.
• Precept new staff and students.
• Maintain safety and quality at the point of care.
