UCHealth in Loveland, CO seeks a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit on the night shift. This full-time role involves direct patient care in a technically complex PCU, with AACN Synergy Model-based care and specialty certification standards integrated into orientation and practice.

Clinical Educators support ongoing competency validation. The program includes a four-phased orientation with simulation, multi-system learning, and an emphasis on evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program if less than 3 years experience.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months RN nursing experience.
• BLS – CPR for the Professional Rescuer, current through start date (AHA or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Direct care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in a technically complex environment.
• AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards included in evidence-based care models for the PCU.
• Clinical Educators support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.
