Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross with card in-hand before start date.
• BLS card must be valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Emphasize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
• Precept and mentor new staff and students in the clinical environment.
