Atrium Health is seeking an experienced RN for a 11-bed Progressive Care Unit. The role emphasizes evidence-based nursing, strong clinical judgment, and collaborative care in a fast-paced setting with virtual nursing support.

You will participate in governance, ensure safety, perform nursing processes, and maintain accurate EHR documentation while delivering patient-centered care to adults across age groups.

Qualificações

• Graduate from a Board of Nursing approved nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges to practice in the indicated state(s).
• BLS certification is required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.
• Telehealth/virtual modalities require licensure in the client locations.

Responsabilidades

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts plans, and collaborates with the care team to improve outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ensures timely EHR documentation.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per protocols.
• Demonstrates effective communication and delegation within the team.
• Pursues professional development and maintains required certifications.
• Float to other units as needed within the service area.
