Job summary

Banner Health Corporate in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse for the 4D PCU. The role provides 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00am–7:30pm) with weekend rotations and a $3/hour weekend shift differential.

Eligible for a $15,000 hire-on bonus with a 2-year commitment. ROLES include caring for post-surgical, post-procedural, and monitored patients, with opportunities to advance in a high-acuity, Level 1 trauma designated facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification may be required depending on area of practice.
• Experience in acute care nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and provide direct nursing care.
• Develop and revise care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Document patient status and care provided in medical records.
• Coordinate with physicians and support staff to ensure quality patient care.
