Job summary

AtlantiCare in New Jersey seeks a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on the Night shift. You will provide evidence-based nursing care, monitor patients, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, quality outcomes.

This full-time night position requires NJ RN licensure, BLS, and ideally BSN. ACLS/TNCC/NIHSS may be required within defined timelines. You will participate in ongoing education and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or current multi state license required.
• American Heart Association BLS required upon hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing care process across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
• Oversees coordination of the interdisciplinary plan of care with the medical team.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
