Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Jersey or multi-state license.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• ACLS required within 6 months, minimum 8 contact hours of education annually.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Conduct assessments and interventions based on the patient's needs.
• Educate patients aligned with goals to promote empowerment.
