Job summary

St. Louis Arc in Missouri seeks a program coordinator to develop and oversee Individual Support Plans for PLT participants, providing home and community-based services to a caseload of four families.

You'll supervise staff, coordinate medical appointments, and maintain data across databases, including Salesforce, while building relationships with providers and funding sources to support program requirements and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Special Education, or a related field required.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee Individual Support Plans for PLT participants.
• Provide home and community-based services to an assigned caseload of four participants.
• Coordinate and track medical and dental appointments for children of PLT participants.
• Train, onboard, and manage PLT staff, and supervise volunteers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with service providers and funding sources.
