Job summary

The City of St. Louis is seeking a Program Coordinator in the Homeless Services Division to support department programs and special projects. This full-time role coordinates and administers initiatives, tracks progress in Asana, and collaborates with city leadership to advance Code Blue efforts, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, Public or Business Administration, or a related field; plus one year of experience monitoring social service programs.
• OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages relevant projects through the Asana project management platform.
• Works with core Code Blue leadership team representatives from the Office of the Mayor, DHS, and the Health Department to advance strategy and action items related to the effort.
• Assists DHS leadership with completing vital IC documentation and reports that support day-to-day activities.
• Coordinates supplies and materials to be used by contracted partners who support the Code Blue effort.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Program Manager and DHS Director.
