You will work in a hybrid environment, aligning with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and program stakeholders to ensure timely updates, data collection, and successful program execution.

A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience are required; travel up to 20% may be required as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of directly relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication for negotiations and collaborations.
• Ability to build collaborative solutions and strategic relationships.
• Open to feedback and input from others.
• Experience with MS Office in a Macintosh environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract processing for funded programs with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage budgets and track approved budgets for the division.
• Track reporting requirements and ensure timely funder updates.
• Monitor program timelines and communicate risks and milestones to directors.
• Maintain centralized tracking systems for programs and pipeline opportunities.
• Develop and maintain system for tracking performance of sales partners.
