Job summary

CHEST seeks a capable operations and development professional to manage internal operations for the CHEST Business Development Division. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, oversee contract review, budgeting, reporting, and ensure funded programs are executed on time.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of related experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 20% while maintaining CHEST's standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and manage deadlines.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison across divisions to coordinate contract review, budgeting, reporting, and program communications.
• Coordinate contract processing and ensure timely review, approval, execution, and tracking of agreements.
• Lead budget development and tracking for the Business Development Division, including reforecasting.
• Track reporting requirements and ensure data collection, review, and timely funder updates.
