Child Mind Institute is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator to drive operational excellence within the Science and Engineering Enablement Core. You will coordinate processes, manage contracts and subscriptions, and support HR-related activities, budgeting, and scheduling for the Director of the Autism Center.

This full-time, in-office role requires collaboration across departments, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving to improve organizational effectiveness in a nonprofit

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in operations, administration, program coordination, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate operational processes across multiple teams with timely approvals and follow-ups.
• Manage contracts, vendors, subscriptions, licenses, and recurring commitments.
• Support personnel administration including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding with HR.
• Monitor budgets vs. actuals and maintain records for planning decisions.
• Schedule complex calendars for the Director of the Autism Center.
• Coordinate office and facilities operations and vendor requests.
• Support projects through meeting coordination, documentation, action tracking, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, templates, and shared resources.
