You will drive integrity of schedules, risks, and customer engagement to ensure successful program outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, experience with EVMS/IMS, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years of relevant experience, or 14+ years in lieu of a degree.
Experience with international customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Experience delivering presentations and program status updates to executives.
Experience using CRM or collaboration tools such as Salesforce or Confluence.
Experience with program management processes including EVMS/IMS and risk management.

Responsibilities

Develop capture acceleration strategies and win/Go plans.
Lead and manage program management activities across functional teams.
Maintain an integrated master schedule to meet milestones within cost/technical performance.
Develop and manage budgets, investments, and partner engagements.
Prepare and present status reports to customers and leadership.
