Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems (NGMS) sector is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (Manager, Programs Level 1) to support the SIGINT Technology Center's (STC) PMSP IV (Barrett) Program team onsite in Chantilly, VA.

The STC focuses on technology and teamwork to meet the needs of the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense, involving system design, engineering, development, integration, build, testing, operations, maintenance, training, and production.

What You'll Do
The primary objectives include:

• Deliver all technical and contractual requirements on schedule and under budget.
• Create value through customer relationships and growth strategies.
• Lead a cross-functional team aligned with Division and Business Unit goals.

Responsibilities
Establish and lead an organization addressing customer needs, oversee program budgets using EVM, ensure scope adherence, manage risks, cultivate customer relationships, develop strategic plans, participate in contract negotiations, and deliver stakeholder presentations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years' or Master’s Degree with 3 years' experience in U.S. Government contracts or program management, leadership experience on contracts over $5M, familiarity with EVM, U.S. Citizenship, and active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance are required.

Preferred qualifications include PMP certification, experience with SIGINT systems, proposal management, and strong communication skills.

Salary range: $129,900 - $194,900.
