Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years' experience, or Master's with 8 years, in U.S. Government contracts or project management
• 6 years leading tasks on schedule, at cost and meeting all requirements
• 6 years leading teams/organizations to a common goal
• Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the program life cycle from inception to closeout.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs or subsystems
• Cultivate customer relationships to develop opportunities
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet program objectives
• Measure and report program performance
• Present to customers and executives and negotiate contracts and changes
• Develop design concepts and engineering efforts for R&D, integration, and test
• Prepare and finalize the program Statement of Work
• Allocate resources and manage program baselines
• Develop and adhere to budgets using Earned Value Management
