Job summary

The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) seeks a Programs Manager I in the Oklahoma City area to oversee housing and homeless services programs. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Housing and Employment Services and coordinates state programs that provide community housing support.

Responsibilities include contract and fiscal monitoring, technical assistance, and data analysis; plus coordinating the Housing Plus Endorsement training and partnering

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, public health, public administration, human services, or related field; five years in housing/homeless services.
• Experience in program development, contract or fiscal monitoring, training, data analysis.
• No substitution for bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract monitoring, technical assistance, consultation, and training to contracted providers and stakeholders.
• Provide fiscal monitoring for assigned contract types and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Coordinate Housing Plus Endorsement training and support statewide housing best practices.
