• Bachelor’s degree required; no substitution.
• Combination of education and experience allowed with substitution for each year of required education.

• Provide contract monitoring, technical assistance, consultation, and training to contracted providers, community stakeholders, partner organizations, and other state agencies.
• Provide fiscal monitoring for assigned contract types and support compliance with programmatic, contractual, and funding requirements.
• Coordinate the Housing Plus Endorsement training series and support statewide implementation of housing best practices.
• Conduct research and data analysis and foster collaboration among state agencies, community partners, and service providers to strengthen housing stability.
