Job summary

The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is seeking a Programs Manager I - Housing in the Oklahoma City area. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Housing and Employment Services and coordinates state housing and homeless programs for individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a related field with five years of professional housing/homeless services or related experience.
• Experience in program development, contract or fiscal monitoring, stakeholder coordination, or data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree can be substituted with equivalent professional experience at a 1:1 ratio.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract monitoring, technical assistance, consultation, and training to contracted providers and stakeholders.
• Perform fiscal monitoring for assigned contract types and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Coordinate Housing Plus Endorsement training and support statewide housing best practices.
• Conduct research and data analysis to strengthen housing stability and collaboration among agencies and partners.
