The Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Coordinator for The HOP to provide oversight and supervision of campus-wide student programming. The role partners with LEED colleagues, advises student boards, and supports traditions that bolster student belonging and success.

Reporting to the assistant director, the Coordinator will guide training, budgeting, event planning, and assessment. Evening/night/weekend hours are expected, with a focus on collaboration and risk-aware programming across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of related experience required.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience or education.

Responsabilités

• Advising and managing The HOP daily operations and attend weekly meetings.
• Develops and implements training for event planning, budgeting, contracting, facilities, safety, and related needs.
• Manages communication, marketing, and promotion infrastructure for weekly activities.
• Oversees annual election and cabinet transition; advises the organization in activities execution.
• Liaises with other units and university partners on events and activities.
• Monitors program budgets over $570,000 and oversees campus traditions events totaling $120,000.
