Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Advising and managing The HOP daily operations and attend weekly meetings.
• Develops and implements training for event planning, budgeting, contracting, facilities, safety, and related needs.
• Manages communication, marketing, and promotion infrastructure for weekly activities.
• Oversees annual election and cabinet transition; advises the organization in activities execution.
• Liaises with other units and university partners on events and activities.
• Monitors program budgets over $570,000 and oversees campus traditions events totaling $120,000.
