Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Ohio Woodland Stewards (OWS) program. The role creates OWS events using Cvent, monitors online registration for workshops, and maintains OWS websites and databases for members.

The position assists with marketing, coordinates the Ohio State Maple Syrup operations and the OC VN program, supports SENR fiscal teams, and handles travel and purchasing procedures using Workday and PCards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with workday, purchasing, and travel processes is desirable.
• Strong customer service mindset and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate SENR outreach and events; scheduling, venue, catering, AV, transportation.
• Manage event registration via Cvent and maintain event timelines and checklists.
• Maintain/update OWS and OCVN websites and databases; assist with marketing and communications.
• Coordinate travel for faculty, staff, graduate students, and guests; assist with fiscal transactions.
