Job summary

The University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine, is seeking a Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to I3H and the Colton Center for Autoimmunity. You will act as the primary front desk contact, coordinating events, meetings, and communications across multiple programs in a fast-paced academic research setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2–3 years of related experience in administrative coordination or similar role.
  • Experience supporting academic or research programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary front desk contact for I3H and Colton Center, delivering professional customer service.
  • Coordinate room reservations, meeting logistics, and event planning for multiple programs.
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, reimbursements, and recruitment visit logistics.
  • Support communications and web maintenance for I3H and Colton Center websites.
