Programs Coordinator, Higher Education Partnerships Hybrid within Riverside County. Must reside in Riverside County. We are seeking a Programs Coordinator, Higher Education Partnerships to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll Do

The LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network is a member of the Collaborative Impact team of the Foundation for California Community Colleges and supports meaningful connections between students and employers in California through work-based learning and support services. Our role is to support efforts to bring relevancy and real-world experience to students in California through growing the quantity and quality of work-based learning, with an emphasis on registered apprenticeship, but also includes job shadowing, classroom presentations, internships, and other job training opportunities. This position serves as the primary operational liaison between LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network and Riverside City College, supporting the administration of the college's registered apprenticeship program. The role focuses on coordinating LAUNCH processes, maintaining accurate program data and records, and supporting apprentices throughout the lifecycle from onboarding through completion. It works closely with LAUNCH's Programs, Operations, Compliance, and Regional teams, as well as Riverside City College staff, to ensure timely communication, accurate data management, and consistent implementation of LAUNCH sponsor processes. This position does not perform college personnel or labor functions, but instead supports sponsor-related processes, system administration, recordkeeping, and operational coordination.

Program Operations & Coordination
  • Coordinate apprentice onboarding by tracking completion of onboarding requirements, collecting required documentation, and preparing apprentice records for registration, and coordinate communication between the LAUNCH Programs team and Riverside City College by following up with apprentices and college staff
Apprentice Records & Data Management
  • Enter, maintain and process Riverside City College apprenticeship tracking spreadsheets, operational records, supporting documentation and LAUNCH systems
Apprentice Support
  • Coordinate the collection and organization of apprentice evaluations, completion documentation, and other required program records to support apprentice progress and compliance, and direct apprentices to the appropriate LAUNCH staff or college resources
Attributes for Success
  • Relevant AA/AS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both
  • Minimum of two (2)+ years of related work experience in a fast-paced administrative role managing multiple projects
  • Any experience in an education or non-profit environment preferred

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range: $24.04 - $27.88 Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
