Job summary

FoundationCCC is seeking a Programs Coordinator for Higher Education Partnerships to support the LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network in California. You will coordinate onboarding, manage data, and ensure timely communications between LAUNCH, Riverside City College, and our teams.

The role emphasizes a remote-first approach within California, with headquarters in Sacramento. A strong background in administrative coordination and nonprofit education experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• AA/AS or equivalent education, or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in fast-paced admin role managing multiple projects.
• Experience in education or non-profit environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apprentice onboarding by tracking onboarding requirements and preparing apprentice records.
• Enter, maintain and process Riverside City College apprenticeship tracking spreadsheets and records.
• Coordinate collection and organization of apprentice evaluations and documentation for progress and compliance.
• Serve as liaison between LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network and Riverside City College and support sponsor-related processes.

Education

Relevant AA/AS or equivalent

Minimum 2+ years in fast-paced administrative role

Experience in education or non-profit environment preferred
