Job description

Programs Analyst

Role Description

Intelligensia Labs is the secure delivery and infrastructure division of Intelligensia. We specialize in rapid provisioning, enterprise software licensing, hardware fulfillment, and turnkey systems integration for mission-critical and regulated environments. Our clients operate in compliance-heavy ecosystems where documentation integrity, sourcing transparency, and execution discipline are non-negotiable.

We execute with structure, speed, and audit readiness.

We are seeking a Programs Analyst to support federal growth initiatives and program oversight from early opportunity identification through post-award lifecycle tracking.

The Role

The Programs Analyst will support the full federal procurement lifecycle, including opportunity research, solicitation analysis, capture support, and structured contract oversight. This role ensures disciplined tracking of federal opportunities, alignment with company capabilities, and organized documentation control across awarded programs.

This is a strategic analytical role. You will serve as the intelligence and coordination function between growth strategy and operational execution.

Every opportunity and awarded contract must be tracked with clarity, structure, and defensibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor federal procurement platforms and agency forecasts to identify relevant opportunities
  • Conduct structured analysis of RFIs, Sources Sought, RFQs, and RFPs
  • Develop executive-ready summaries outlining scope, eligibility, compliance considerations, and risk factors
  • Maintain and update opportunity pipeline dashboards and tracking systems
  • Support early-stage capture research and competitive positioning
  • Track solicitation amendments, deadlines, and submission requirements
  • Assist in the development of compliance matrices and requirement crosswalks
  • Monitor awarded contract performance periods, modifications, and option year timelines
  • Provide structured reporting and analytical support to leadership
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting federal government programs or government contracting environments
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing federal solicitations and procurement documentation
  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation frameworks
  • Strong analytical writing and structured documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in compliance-driven environments
  • U.S. work authorization
Preferred
  • Experience supporting federal prime contractors or subcontractors
  • Familiarity with procurement platforms and agency forecast systems
  • Experience maintaining opportunity pipeline trackers or CRM systems
  • Understanding of contract structures including CLINs, performance periods, and modifications
What Makes This Role Unique

This role sits at the intersection of federal growth strategy and disciplined program oversight.

You will help build the structural backbone of a scaling federal technology organization. Precision, accountability, and analytical rigor are expected. This is not a passive research role — it is a position that directly strengthens pipeline visibility, compliance maturity, and program scalability.

If you operate with structure, think strategically, and thrive in environments where accuracy matters, this role is designed for you.
