Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Programme Manager, Operations Support to drive complex cross-site implementations and ensure operational continuity across multiple sites.

You will partner with engineering to design detailed process flows, support performance improvement and crisis management, and lead hyper-care for relocations and migrations while guiding UAT and volume stress testing. Flexible schedule and heavy travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with process engineering, operational enablement, or system testing preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering to develop detailed process flows and layout plans.
• Participate in performance improvement and crisis management support.
• Attend operational reviews for RFPs and implementation tollgates.
• Partner in hyper-care support for relocations, application migrations, and new launches.
• Help to manage UAT and volume stress testing.
• Engage in DQP sessions and cross-functional planning forums to gain experience and contribute to successful outcomes.
• Meet company objectives in performance, safety, and quality.
• Comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.
