Job summary

Razorfish, Inc. in the United States seeks a Programmatic Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day programmatic campaigns across display, video, CTV, and audio.

You’ll work hands‑on in DSPs like The Trade Desk and DV360 while mentoring junior teammates and ensuring accurate setup, QA, pacing, and optimization. You’ll partner with strategy, analytics, ad operations, and creative teams to translate client goals into actionable plans, surface insights, and drive KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly related experience in the programmatic media space.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic platforms such as DV360, Amazon, CM360, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to present ideas to senior client management.
• Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage junior team members responsible for the client's media buys in the DSPs.
• Direct the execution of programmatic deliverables to meet/exceed expectations.
• Develop, grow, and maintain relationships through exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with analytics to measure and generate insights from campaigns.
• Lead coaching and development for coordinators and planners.
