Job summary

Razorfish in Atlanta is seeking a Programmatic Supervisor to oversee day-to-day programmatic media campaigns across display, video, CTV, audio, native, and emerging formats. You will lead a hands-on team using DSPs like The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo DSP, and Amazon DSP, guiding optimization, QA, pacing, reporting, and client-ready recommendations while mentoring junior staff.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights with cross-functional partners are

Qualifications

• 5+ years in programmatic media space
• 2+ years managing a team
• Knowledge of DV360, Amazon, CM360, GA
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign data
• Strong project management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage junior team members responsible for client media buys in DSPs
• Direct the execution of programmatic deliverables to meet/exceed expectations
• Understand programmatic setups across DSPs/SSPs/publishers
• Develop, grow, and maintain client relationships
• Provide insights and optimization recommendations to improve media performance
• Lead coaching and development of coordinators and planners
• Present strategy and results to clients and internal teams
