Job summary

RPA is seeking a Supervisor, Programmatic Investment to join the Platform Management & Investment team. You will lead programmatic campaigns, oversee a team, and drive performance across client programs using DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Yahoo DSP.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, optimize campaigns, and present strategic recommendations. The role requires 3+ years in digital media with a focus on programmatic, and strong leadership and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital media experience, including at least 2 years focused on programmatic media, with demonstrated success managing people, complex projects, and large-scale programmatic investments.
• Hands-on experience with leading DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP) and CM360.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmatic investment across multiple channels, overseeing activation, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
• Mentor a team of Specialists and Coordinators, providing strategic guidance and QA across daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
• Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution, including pre-launch and mid-flight QA across targeting, bidding, tracking, and performance.
