Job summary

Critical Mass is seeking a Performance Media Associate Director, Investment to lead the development and execution of programmatic media strategies for the financial services industry. You will oversee setup, trafficking, and optimization across DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, and Amazon, while guiding local market activation.

You will manage programmatic media buying across display, video, and CTV, serve as the primary client contact, and mentor a team of associates to deliver

Qualifications

• 6+ years of media experience with at least 3–4 years in programmatic media buying.
• Proficiency in trafficking and reporting on DV360, TTD, Google, and Adobe.
• Experience leading campaigns across multiple channels including display, video, and CTV.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of programmatic media strategies for a financial services client.
• Oversee setup, trafficking, and optimization across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Amazon).
• Manage programmatic media buying and digital advertising strategies across display, video, and CTV.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, communicating progress and providing strategic recommendations.
• Mentor a team of associates and collaborate with internal partners and cross-functional teams.
• Drive best practices and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives and KPIs.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations in programmatic space.
• Coordinate with headquarters on invoice payments and pre-bill processes.
