Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a senior leader to guide Flywheel's programmatic retail media practices anchored in Amazon DSP. You will drive strategy, client growth, and team development, collaborating with executive clients across retail media, search, and broader media mix.

The role emphasizes hands-on Amazon DSP, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, with hybrid in-office expectations and a focus on delivering measurable ROAS and incremental reach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of digital media or eCommerce experience, with at least 5 years in programmatic.
• Hands-on Amazon DSP experience across full funnel.
• Experience presenting to executives and influencing senior audiences.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
• Ability to turn data into a clear story for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction of Amazon DSP programs across client portfolios, including full-funnel planning and budget allocation.
• Plan and activate across Amazon inventory and third-party supply, including streaming TV and online video.
• Lead measurement and insights using AMC, brand lift, and path-to-conversion analysis.
• Integrate DSP with Sponsored Ads and retail fundamentals for cohesive marketing.
• Build and maintain executive client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
• Oversee multiple client teams and ensure performance against KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue, including streaming TV and AMC-driven strategies.
• Shape Flywheel’s programmatic practice with tooling, frameworks, and best practices.
• Stay ahead of programmatic and retail media changes and translate into client POV.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Flywheel through training and business development.
• Ensure training, resources, and development for the team; maintain morale in hybrid work.
• Contribute to hiring decisions and team structure.
