Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a Manager to join our Commerce team with a focus on programmatic retail media anchored in Amazon DSP. You will own day-to-day DSP strategy and performance for a portfolio of clients, lead a small team of specialists, and grow client partnerships through results and proactive recommendations.

Reporting to a Director, you’ll collaborate with retail search and operations, coordinate with Sponsored Ads, deliver against KPIs, and stay current on platform changes while mentoring

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital media/eCommerce experience, with hands-on programmatic experience including Amazon DSP.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon DSP: campaign setup, optimization, audience building and video formats.
• Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud; SQL skills are a strong asset.
• Experience mentoring others and leading or coaching a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon DSP strategy and execution for client portfolio, including full-funnel setup and optimization.
• Plan and activate across Amazon inventory and third-party supply, including streaming TV and online video.
• Use AMC and other tools to build audiences and analyze path to conversion.
• Coordinate with Sponsored Ads and retail teams for cohesive DSP integration.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact; lead performance reviews and provide recommendations.
• Deliver against client KPIs such as ROAS, reach, and new-to-brand metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities and present clear business cases to leadership.
• Manage, coach, and develop a small team of specialists.
