Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Programmatic Supervisor to lead the Programmatic group within Digital, overseeing campaigns from planning through reporting. You will mentor specialists and ensure a unified approach to process, reporting, and optimization across campaigns and accounts.

The role requires DSP self-service experience, strong presentation skills, and excellent organizational/analytical abilities. Bachelor’s degree preferred for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• In-platform self-service experience with DSPs (3+ years).
• 2+ years in mentoring or staff development.
• Strong presentation skills for internal managers and clients.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; Excel proficient.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own platforms within the Programmatic group from planning to reporting.
• Lead specialists to ensure consolidated campaign processes across accounts.
• Manage trafficking, optimization and performance reporting end-to-end.
