Job summary

Canvas Worldwide in El Segundo seeks a Programmatic Supervisor to lead the Programmatic group under the Director, Programmatic. You will own campaigns end‑to‑end, including planning, trafficking, optimization, and reporting, while guiding specialists for a consolidated approach.

Focus on DSP platforms and partner platforms, with strong mentoring, presentation, and analytical skills. This hybrid role includes in‑office days and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• In platform self‑service experience with DSPs (3+ years).
• 2+ years in mentoring or developing staff.
• Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate to internal managers and clients.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Excel + analytics software preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own programmatic campaigns end‑to‑end—from setup to reporting—with self‑serve DSPs.
• Lead and mentor specialists to ensure consolidated planning, execution, and optimization.
• Collaborate with analytics and AdOps on tagging for QA performance.
• Own billing and reconciliation processes to maintain campaign parameters.
• Consolidate POVs and partner feedback to inform plans and testing opportunities.
